In preparation for Visit Malaysia Year 2026, DHS, in collaboration with the Service Industry Workers Union, launched a series of free training programs for all union members. Officially inaugurated in Ipoh in September 2025, the initiative strengthens service excellence, workforce readiness, and global hospitality standards.
