In preparation for Visit Malaysia Year 2026, DHS, in collaboration with the Hotel, Bar & Restaurant Workers Union, launched a series of free training programs for all union members. Officially inaugurated in Ipoh in November 2025, the initiative is designed to elevate service excellence, strengthen workforce readiness, and align Malaysia’s hospitality standards with global expectations.

Led by seasoned industry experts, the program underscores DHS’s firm commitment to human capital development—investing in people, enhancing professional capability, and building a resilient, future-ready hospitality workforce for Malaysia.
