This initiative supports career advancement by equipping participants with the analytical, strategic, and administrative knowledge required to excel in modern educational settings.

The program fee is RM30,000, of which RM15,000 is jointly sponsored by DHS and Global NXT University, while the remaining RM15,000 is fully covered through a grant provided by INTAN.
