BELIA GENERASI PROGRAM

The BELIA GENERASI Program, developed in collaboration with Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS), is a targeted youth employment initiative designed to provide immediate career opportunities for Malaysian youth through 2 days of structured training followed by direct job placement with McDonald’s Malaysia.

This program offers a fast and accessible entry into the workforce, equipping participants with essential workplace skills, discipline, and customer service fundamentals. It also ensures that every participant is supported with a clear alternative pathway, so no youth is left without opportunity.

OPTION 4: BELIA GENERASI Program

• Program Duration: 2 Days Training & Placement Program

• Placement Options: MC Donald's Malaysia or progression into DHS Hotel Internship Program or SKI–CAP
